Payment and
Shipping Information

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve a puppy. Puppies,
coat/type, color and eye color are NOT guaranteed only estimated as to these
features continue to change even through adulthood.
Methods of Payment: Cash, US Postal Money Order, Certified Bank Check
or Money Order, and Western Union.

Deposit:
A US Postal Money Order should be made out to:

along with the money order please include your name,address,phone number,
email address, and airport of choice (if pup is to be shipped) and what deposit
is for, sex, color,etc. For puppies being shipped, payment must be PAID IN
FULL before the puppy is 6 weeks old. It is your responsibility to make sure
the payment is made. I will tell you when your 6 week deadline is when you
make your deposit. If Full payment is not received by the 6 week deadline your
deposit will be applied to another pup born in that calendar year and the
current pup will once again become available. All money orders should be sent
Either by UPS or US Postal Priority Mail, for tracking purposes.

Balance: A money order made out the same way as above. This gives us time
to make Vet Appointments, purchase kennel, and make flight arrangements by
the time the puppy is 8 weeks old. ( If pup is not ready @ 8 weeks they stay
with us until they are ready to go at no additional charge) If puppy is being
picked up here the balance is due in CASH on the day of pickup.

Currently we use Delta. If another airline is needed, we have to drive 3 hours
so there is an additional $75-$100 fee for that service. We make all the
shipping arrangements on our end, flight times, booking the flight etc and
send you all info prior to day of shipping.

Shipping:
I am comfortable shipping to you and I handle all the arrangements. In some
cases the flight takes less time than a road trip and can be less stressful on
the puppy. When puppy is shipped there are 3 things that must be purchased
with the expense going to you the puppy buyer. This is in addition to the
purchase price. One is the carrier, a medium 200 series. Second is a
Certificate of Travel. This Certificate of Travel is given by a licensed
Veterinarian and accompanies your puppy. This record is for you to take to
your Vet. Third is the Ticket The ticket is also the buyers responsibility. The
cost of shipping is $350 if we use Delta and includes all shipping expenses.
Please send me an email with the name of the 2 closest airports or call me and
I will tell you if we can get your puppy to you prior to securing that puppy for
you. We have to make sure we can get him/her to you. Alaska is double the
airfare as they have to use 2 different airlines to get them there. We can ship
Internationally thoses are done on a per case puppy. Sometimes North West
is the only airline flying into your airport, they can be a little more expensive.

We here at LaDaTa Kennels recognize the seriousness when dealing with
temperatures both below and above a safe temperature for puppy to fly in. The
airlines have a ‘NO-FLY EMBARGO’ if the temperature is above 85 degree’
s in any city in which the plane touches down in. So, if we can not get a flight
around these temperatures, we have to wait. There is a low temp Embargo as
well, we will let you know if we think this will be an issue when we know
where you live.

If your puppy is being shipped: 2 contracts will accompany the puppy. One
contract must be signed and returned within the week of shipment. Once the
contract is received the AKC/CKC registration will be mailed to you. The
other copy is for your records. These papers will be located on the side or top
on the carrier. The registration will be mailed to you as soon as the contract
is returned. In the event that the registration papers are not back from the
Kennel Club, we will mail them as soon as they arrive. Be sure the name on
the contract is the name you want on the registration. Terms and Conditions
will be discussed and agreed upon per puppy sale. For those having a puppy
shipped, by sending payment you are agreeing to the terms of the contract SO
MAKE SURE YOU READ IT!!!!!! If you have questions, feel free to ask. If
you are picking your puppy up, paper work will be signed the day you take your
puppy home.

********Breeding Rights:
We usually sell our puppies with full breeding rights. Breeding Rights can be
limited @ our discretion. Your registration will reflect full or limited
registration. Please make sure you clarify the Kennel Club (AKC/CKC) and
type of registration (Full or Limited/ Pet Only) that will be provided for the
puppy/dog prior to purchase.
